GoldMine Dashboards

Here’s a free dashboard to use to analyze your forecasted sales.

In the upper left we see sales by probability, then sales by quarter to the right.  Clicking on a quarter or probability within a chart will filter the entire dashboard by that.  We also have a grid listing of the forecasted sales at the bottom.

There are drop downs on the top to filter by year and user.  This is free, hope you enjoy!

Do a Right-Click | Save (Depending on your browser) to download the dashboard and import into your GoldMine 9 Dashboards:

You can import into your Dashboards with a Right-Click | Import if you have “Master Rights” in GoldMine.

I received a lot of appreciative feedback from my Dashboard for Good Data Hygiene.

I also had some requests to add options such as email address and other fields that make up your GoldMine system, e.g. address, country as well as user-defined fields.

So email address is added as a primary field option, and all of your standard fields (Contact1), and custom fields (Contact2) can be selected.

Available now for just $47 (Sorry, I can’t give everything away!)  Click here to purchase.

I had a great response from last week’s post on Great SQL Query for Ensuring Good Data Hygiene and thought I’d take it one step further with GoldMine 9’s new Dashboard functionality.

I created a Dashboard that will accomplish what the SQL Query will do, but with more flexibility, and a much better user interface.

You can select the date range for the Contacts created in, as well as the field you want to find the ‘empties’ for.

You can click on either the Name or Creation Date listings to go to that record.
