Added support for synching GoldMine 8.5 contact notes.

Fixed sync failure bug when syncing to multiple ACT! 2005+ databases in the same sync.

For Google Calendar, records now use the category name of the calendar name even if only one calendar is syncing.

Fixed bug with Lotus Notes modified records sometimes not being detected if server time was different than local machine time.

(Pro only) Fixed bug with autodelete logic for wireless sync, where records with categories were not being seen as deleted.

Added Notes Calendar tab for Lotus Notes.
